The auction held at Electric Works this past Saturday was lively!! The space was smaller than last year, but packed with art lovers. Because the economic mood has changed so drastically from a year ago, the collectors walked away with some great deals!! And Southern Exposure got a little closer to their financial goals, thanks to the generosity of all the bay area artists that donated their work and the collectors who made it all worth while!
Both of the prints I donated went for a great price! The local non-profits are struggling too this year and it is important to insure that they stay open so that they can continue to contribute to the unique community that makes San Francisco so amazing . . .
Check out the action in the pics below!!
